Preparation time: 20 minutes
Chill time: one to two hours
Ingredients:
150g crushed chocolate biscuits
70g melted butter
For filling:
250g dark chocolate
1 cup whipped cream
For decoration:
Strawberries
Nuts (optional).
Preparation:
– Remove from biscuits filling cream, crushed the biscuits.
– Put the biscuits in a bowl add the butter mix with the biscuits ingredients until they mix and become biscuits coherent.
– In a 12 cm diameter Tart molds, add the biscuits and distributed to the sides.
– Chill while preparing the filling.
– To prepare the filling, cut the chocolate into a small pieces, put the chocolate in a bowl.
– Bring the cream to simmer, then pour over the chocolate. Leave 3 minutes before stirring.
– Mix the chocolate with cream until the chocolate melts and becomes smooth.
– On the biscuit layer pour the chocolate filling, and distribute to the sides.
– For decoration, cut the strawberries into two parts then place it above the chocolate.
-Chill the pies, at least an hour.
-Sprinkle nuts before serving.
