What Chocolate Do I Use in This Recipe?

Surprisingly, there’s no solid chocolate in this quick & easy chocolate lava cake!  Instead, I use unsweetened cocoa powder!

yes, just simple cocoa, and it gives the cake an incredibly deep and satisfying chocolate flavor, just like the traditional version made with melted chocolate.

For best results, use a good-quality cocoa powder, the same one you use for your hot chocolate or baking. It makes all the difference in flavor and texture.
