These easy 3 Delicious Breakfasts Recipes are perfect and quick for all family members especially for kids, they adore crepes filled with chocolate hazelnuts spread.

I’m glad to present you my family favourites breakfasts, and i’m sure it will be your family favourite either. The recipes are chocolate crepes filled with chocolate hazelnuts spread, french toast and mini pancakes. The lovely about these recipes that they are so simple, and their ingredients are available at most of houses. I just want to add that chocolate crepes is also consider as a dessert but i love to serve it as a breakfast. Because it is light and can served in different variety, with powdered sugar, with maple syrup or with chocolate spread.

 

Are these 3 recipes suitable for vegetarian?

Tips to make a perfect 3 delicious breakfasts:

  • Having all ingredients as eggs, milk and butter at room temperature help avoid the batter of crepes and pancakes to crumble.
  • Heat the skillet on a medium heat in the 3 recipes,so it wont burn the butter, pancakes or the crepes.
  • You can substitute butter with vegetable oil in the 3 recipes or vice versa.
  • Use a blender to make crepes and pancakes, blender is quick and reduce self efforts, also it gives a good results.
  • Use any type of vanilla in your recipe, vanilla extract, vanilla powder or vanilla sugar.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon cacoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder or extract
  • Pinch of salt

For filling:

  • chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1/4 cup Crushed roasted hazelnut
  • chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1/4 cup Crushed roasted hazelnut

Instructions

  1. In a blender place all the mentioned ingredients.
  2. Blend until you have a smooth chocolate crepes batter.
  3. Peheat a skillet in a high midume heat.
  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of the creps batter in the skillet and tilt quickly to distrubuting the batter over the pan.
  5. Cook for 30 seconds and flip to the other side and cook for another 30 seconds.
  6. Cool before fill it.
  7. Fill the crepes with chocolate hazelnut spread and crushed hazelnut or as desired.
  8. Decorate with chocolate sauce and whipped cream.

Easy and quick frech toaste recipe for breakfast crisby and delicious

Ingredients

  • 8 Slices Toast Bread 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder or extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Butter, for frying
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Extra granulated sugar, for caramelizing

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt, cream, milk, and cinnamon together. Until a well mixed mixture.
  2. Place a cooking pan on a high heat, add butter and oil.
  3. Dunk a slice of bread until soaking the both side, then place in the pan.
  4. Cook until golden, sprinkle granulated sugar on the other side and flip the bread. Cook until caramlized and golden.
  5. Repeat with the remain bread slices.
  6. Serve with confectioner sugar and strawberries, or with maple sauce.

Easy 5 minutes Mini Pancakes

Yield: 3 persons
Prep Time: 1 minute
Cook Time: 4 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or any type
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 Cup All purpose flour (125g)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (5g)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup milk (200ml)
  • Maple syrup for serving (optional)

Instructions

    1. Beat an egg with a fork, add vanilla and sugar. Whisk until sugar dissolve.
    2. Add egg mixture to the milk, stir to combine.
    3. In a large bowl place flour and baking powder. Give them a quick mix.
    4. Pour milk and egg mixture to the flour. Whisk together until smooth batter.
    5. Place pancake batter in a decorating bag. Close firmly.
    6. Pipe mini pancakes in hot skillet at medium heat, when the top set, flip the pancakes with a spatula.
    7. Repeat two to three times depends on the skillet size, the mini pancakes take less one minute to cook.
