1 Minute Microwave Brownie Recipe

Looking for easy and tasty 3 minutes brownie to make?
i guess your request is right here this easy, quick and delicious brownie in microwave gave me what i want as a simple dessert. To prepare this easy cake you need only 3 minutes, and simple ingredients, you can make it in a mug or in a ramekin, i feel more comfort with the ramekin. Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
  • 40 grams dark chocolate
  • 30 grams unsalted butter
  • ½ Tsp vanilla extract or espresso coffee (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a ramekin or a mug place chocolate and butter, melt in microwave for 30 seconds. Mix chocolate with butter until smooth.
  • Into the chocolate mixture add the flour and sugar mix to combine then add the egg with vanilla extract or espresso, mix until you have a smooth cake mixture.
  • Bake in microwave at 1000 watt for minute and half.
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream or to taste (optional).
