Garlic Sauce

Quantity: 1/2 cup
Ingredients:
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt to taste

Preparation:
– In a saucepan pour the water and add cornstarch,whisk on a medium heat.
– Stir the until coherent as a thick pudding.
– In the blender, put the hot sauce of water and cornstarch with garlic, lemon and salt except the oil added later.
– Mix together until the garlic well mashed , then add the oil gradully as a line while the blender is working.
– Serve garlic sauce.
– Immediately used or reserved in the refrigerator.
