Fruit Salad

Quantity for: 3 persons
Ingredients:
3 Oranges
1 apple
1 banana
2 Kiwi
4 medium strawberries
(It is possible to add other fruits)
Vanilla ice cream

Preparation:
– Squeeze 2 orange and set aside.
– Cut the fruit into medium pieces, remove the banana peel and cut into medium cubes, peel the kiwi and cut into medium pieces, remove the apple seeds and cut into medium pieces as well.
– Remove the strawberry leaves and cut into medium cubes, then remove the orange peel and cut into medium pieces or small pieces.
– In the bowl mix all fruits, sugar or honey can be added.
– In the serving cups, spread the fruit salad and add 1/4 cup of orange juice to fill from the bottom.
– Add a ball of vanilla ice cream to the salad or it can be excluded in the case of dieting.
