Perfect Marble Cake

My best way to make a very moist and delicious marble cake perfect with a cup of tea in any time of the day, i used to make it with butter but this time i decided to mix butter with vegetable oil and the resulte came amazing i loved the moist and the fluffy tast of this cake and i’m sure you’ll love it.
i fell in love with this cake since i’ve been a kid, i remember when mom used to make marble cake for me and decorate with some icing sugar and serve with hot chocolate, i just want my kids have a great times before christmas as i did, so i made this cake for them and they adore it.
Perfect Marble Cake

Baking time: 45 mins
Total time: 60 mins
Serving : 12 peice
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegetable oil
50g soft butter
1 1/3 cup all purpos flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 cup milk
3 tbsp cacao powder
The way:
Preheat oven at 180°C and butter cake mold and place a parchment paper.
Separate egg whites and egg yolks between two bowls.
To the egg white add salt and the half amount of sugar gradually, until the egg whites turn as snow meringue.
To the egg yolks bowl, add the vanilla and the remain of sugar, whisk until the sugar dissolve and the mixture light yellow, add butter and the vegetable oil, whisk until well combine. Add the sift flour and baking powder into two phases with the milk. Add the egg white gradually to the cake mixture, and mix all with spatula until all well combine.
Divide the cake batter between two bowls, add to one the cacao powder, mix with spatula until you have a smooth chocolate cake batter.
In cake mold add about 4 tablespoon of vanilla cake mixture, then 4 tablespoon of chocolate cake batter, repeat until you done.
Give it quick mix with wooden stick or a knife tip.
Bake in preheated oven 180°C for 45 minutes.
Remove from cake mold and cool on wire rack.
