The best Fluffy Pancakes to start your day with a delicious and quick active breakfast and  you’ll absolutely have a great day long!
That’s what my mother used to say to me and since then i started to give my self a great breakfast meal.
Today this is not only a delicious fluffy pancakes meal but also it makes me happy to share it with you and the taste of these lovely pancakes yummy and so much alike with classic pancakes but with lovely better shape.

How it takes to prepare Best Fluffy Pancakes Breakfast?

it takes about five minutes to prepare the batter and twenty minutes for baking it. I prefer bake it in a medium high heat so the edges not turn browns, i love my pancakes blondies.
 
 

 

Mistakes To avoid when making Pancakes:

  • All ingredients should be at room temperature
  • Adding melted butter into a cold milk will crumble the butter and ends up with butter lumps.
  • Cook on a medium heat and avoid the high heat, otherwise you’ll end up with burnt pancakes

Best Fluffy Pancakes 

PREP TIME: 5 mins            COOK TIME: 20 mins            TOTAL TIME: 25mins

INGREDIENTS

  • One Egg
  • A Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 and ½ cups all purpose flour
  • 1 and ½ Tbsp baking powder 15 grams
  • One and ¼ cup milk
  • A Tbsp melted Butter
  • Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. With a fork beat egg with sugar and vanilla, beat until sugar dissolve.
  2. Add egg to the milk and give it a quick mix.
  3. In a large bowl place the flour and baking powder, add milk, egg mixture and melted butter.
  4. With a hand whisk, whisk all together until all well combined and you have a smooth pancakes batter.
  5. Take about 1/4 cup of pancakes batter and bake it in a hot skillet on mediume heat for 30 seconds then flip it to the other side until golden bottom.
  6. Repeat.
  7. Serve it with butter, fruits and maple syrup.
  8. Enjoy!
