Best Vanilla Cake
One of the tasty cake i ever made is this easy and delicious best vanilla cake. The cake is soft and fluffy and every one in my family loved it. This cake is perfect for tea time or family gathering, and even for morning breakfast with your cup of coffee.
To make this recipe, you’ll need a basic simple ingredients available at every home, so you can make it now after reading this post. I made this recipe with vanilla extract but you can use any other types of vanilla, such as vanilla sugar, vanilla beans and vanilla powder. Also, you can add water instead of milk, or any type of milk such as almond milk, soy milk or coconut milk.
I love to serve and decorate my vanilla cake simply, with powdered sugar and strawberries. My daughter loved to add some caramel as topping, but you know children loved sugary taste, for me i prefer it simple without additions. I think this cake will be a good choice for your holidays or a simple occasions, when you try it you’ll addict it.

Tips to follow for perfect cake
- All the cake ingredients must be at room temperature.
- Make sure to use fresh baking powder.
- Whisk the eggs with sugar until light yellow color.
- Sift the dry ingredients give your cake a fluffy and help to raise.
- Preheat the oven before bake the cake.
- Don’t open the oven before 20 minutes passing, otherwise your cake will collapse.
- When out of oven cool down the cake on a wire rack.

Best Vanilla Cake
Ingredients
- 6 small or 5 large eggs
- 1 ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Grease a 20 cm bundt cake pan, it and then dust with flour.
- Preheat oven 180°C/365F.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk until light yellow color.
- Meanwhile, sift flour and baking powder in a separate medium bowl.
To the eggs mixture add vegetable oil, and give the mixture a quick mix. - Add the siften flour into two phases with milk, mix until the flour disappears and you have a smooth cake batter.
- Pour the cake batter into your prepared cake mold.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c/365F for 50 to 55 minutes. Insert a toothpick in the middle of the cake, if get out clean, then the cake is done.
- Cool cake down on a wire rack.
- Decorate with powdered sugar.
