Blueberry Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

I love to start my day with a healthy and delicious food espacially these easy and perfect blueberry banana oatmeal pancakes. The recipe is so easy to prepare, it will take from you just 30 minutes to prepare and cook. I highly recommend this recipe as breakfast, especially for those trying losing weight for what it has of full of vitamins and nutrients, also it is tasty and will give you a feeling of satiety for a long time of the day. I use old fashioned oats or instant oats to make my recipe, i finely grind it so it will easily coherent.
What ingredients you’ll need to make Pancakes?
You’ll need a simple ingredient to make this recipe:
- Old fashioned oats
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Buttermilk or any type of milk
- Butter or vegetable oil
- Banana
- Blueberry
- Egg
How to make a perfect Blueberry Banana Oatmeal pancakes?
- Finely grind the oats with a food processor, add to it salt and baking powder.
- In a medium bowl mash the banana with a fork (make sure there is no large lumps) and whisk the egg with a fork to combine. Add all the liquid ingredients and give the mixture a quick mix. Add oats, sugar and mix all together until all well combined.
- Add blueberries to the oats batter. Give it a quick mix to distribute the blueberries.
- In a hot pan, on a medium heat, pour 1/4 cup of the pancakes batter. Cook until golden on both sides. Repeat.
- Serve with maple syrup and fruits.
- Enjoy!
Tips for successful pancakes:
- Cook pancakes on a medium heat, so it well cooked inside out.
- Smash the banana well make sure there is no large lumps.
- Take about 1/4 cup of the batter for each pancake.
- Don’t add too much blueberries to the batter

- 1 tablespoon Sugar or to taste
