Chocolate Caramel Poke Cake Recipe

Lovely and tasty Chocolate Caramel Poke Cake, this recipe is so tasty and rich of caramel and chocolate flavours, i also added a chunks of chocolate snickers for topping and the test turned so cool.
The cake is so moist and covered with chocolate syrup and top with a fresh whipped cream which gives a delicious competitions.

Chocolate Caramel Poke Cake
Prep time: 10 mins Baking time: 20 mins Total time: 30 mins
Ingredients:
For cake batter:
- 3 Eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 Cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 2 Cups all purpos flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
For whipped cream:
- 1 cup cream fresh
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For topping :
- 2 bars snickers
- Chocolate sauce
- caramel sauce
For fill the cake:
- 5 tbsp caramel sauce or chocolate sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 180°C and prepare a pan measure 25 x 25 with parchment papper.
- In a large bowl mix the eggs with sugar and vanilla until light color.
- Add the milk and oil, give the batter a quick mix then add into tow phases the seften flour, cocao powder and baking powder .
- Mix until you have a smooth chocolatey cake batter.
- Pour in to tray and bake for 20 minutes.
- Cool cake in pan or on a wire rack if you want to place it in a serving dish as i did. Poke a cake with large fork at 1/2-inch intervals. Pour caramel sauce and sepread to fill the holes.
- Whisk the cream with adding confectioners sugar gradually until coherent.
- Frost the cake with whipped cream.
- Chill for 2 hours, decorat with snickers, chocolate sauce and caramel suace.
