I am an avocado big fan and always try diffrent recipes for my family, this time i made the best and delicious Easy Avacado corn Salad Salsa Recipe, it is perfect as a dip for nacho and for your friends party. I added some diffrent ingredients which gaves the salad a wonderful taste.

The Tahini sauce not only gives a lovely taste to salsa, but it has a wonderful harmony with avocado! exactly as the chickpeas in Hummus. I know its far from the orginal salsa flavour, but i promis you you’ll thank me later.

I love to serve this salad beside the Barbecues, it also so yummy and the taste of the lime mixed with tahini gives a wonderful dip flavour.

Where can i found tahini sauce and what if i don’t find it?

Most of the store start to sell the tahini sauce but if it is rare in your city, try buy it from Arabic or Lebanese groceries store. If you can’t found it in your region no problems, just make your recipe as the original corn avocado salad.

This recipe is extremely quick and easy, and perfect for any time. As a side dish or as a dip for your snack times. You just have to cut the vegetables into small pieces, and roughly chopped the parsley. Also you can add some fresh coriander to your salad if you like.
Then just place all the mentioned vegetables and the sauce ingredients in a large bowl, mix it all together and you’ll be so satisfied for the final result.

Easy and delicious quick Corn Avacado Salad salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh avocado fruit, diced
  • 1/2 cup cornĀ 
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, small diced
  • 2 tablespoon red onion
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice or lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Serve with nacho or with toast bread

Instructions

  1. Cut vegetables into small dices, the avocado into medium diced.
  2. Roughly chopped the parsley.
  3. In a large bowl, place all mentioned ingredients and add the tahini sauce, salt and lime juice.
  4. Mix all together until well combined. Serve in a plate immediately.
  5. Enjoy!
