Dinner rolls stuffed with cheddar cheese

Today i prepare a cheddar cheese dinner rolls amazing taste with a soft rolls stuffed with melted cheddar cheese, so delicious, perfect and easy to make .
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Baking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
4 cups all purpos flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon yeast
1 egg at room temperature
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup warm liquid milk
For filling:
Cheddar cheese
For polishing :
1 egg
1 teaspoon water or liquid milk
For decoration:
1 tablespoon sesame
Preparation:
– In a bowl, place the flour and all the ingredients, add the milk and knead the dough with a hook attachment until it forms as a soft elastic dough.
– Place the dough in a bowl greased with olive oil and grease it from the top, cover with plastic and let it rest for 1 – 1 1/2 hour, placed in a warm place away from the air.
– After the fermentation period, remove the plastic and cut the dough into 12 equal balls pieces.
-Stuff each piece with a piece of cheder cheese and close it well from the bottom, Roll the ball, repeat with each ball.
– In a pyrex tray 13 X 9 cm greased with oil, place the balls with leaving a space between each piece about 2 cm.
– Cover the tray with plastic or a towel and leave the dough balls ferment another 30 to 40 minutes
– For polishing mixture, beat an egg with milk .
– paint the top of the balls with a polishing mixture, then sprinkle the sesame.
– Bake in a preheated oven 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
– Serve it warm .
