This recipe also perfect as a dinner when you have no mood to cook or you feel tired, you can make it in just 5 minutes for your family.
I start made this recipe when i was at college and as a student i always need a simple recipes, and a quick meal without waiting hour for preparing, this meal is warm and satisfied for those whom looking for a quick and delicious recipes.

Yes, you can avoid spinach and add another vegetables such as mushroom, parsley or tomatos, or just cooked it without any vegetables, simply with the white sauce.

Use any type of pasta you have by hands, you can use the spaghetti, rigatoni, fettuccine, penne, fusilli or tagliatelle. The way to cook and for how long, always written in the instruction section on the outside of the pasta box.

- In a hot skillet, melt butter and then add the mashed garlic.
- Stir garlic on a medium heat until golden colour
- Add cooking cream and bring it to simmer.
- Add Spinach and cook for two minutes until spinach shrivel and cream become thick.
- Add, salt, black pepper and parmesan cheese. Give it a quick stir.
- Add cooked Pasta to the sauce, stir to coat pasta with the sauce on a medium heat.
- Remove from heat and serve it immediately.

Ingredients
- 200g any type of pasta cooked
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 3/4 cup cooking cream
- 2 cups spinach
- Salt, to taste
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a hot skillet, melt butter and add the mashed garlic.
- Stir garlic on a medium heat until golden colour.
- Add cooking cream and bring it to simmer.
- Add Spinach and cook for two minutes until spinach shrivel and cream become thick.
- Add, salt, black pepper and grated parmesan cheese. Give it a quick stir. Meanwhile, boil 1 liter of water, salt it and cook your pasta in. Drain pasta from extra water.
- Add cooked Pasta to the sauce, stir to coat pasta with the sauce on a medium heat.
- Remove from heat and serve it immediately with grate parmesan cheese at the top of your dish.
