Homemade Chocolate Truffles

Nothing tasty than a chocolate dessert!
I made these easy classic dark chocolate truffles with a simple ingredients. They were so wonderful and yummy and also melt in your mouth and give you feeling you need to eat more and more.
why i use dark chocolate?
dark chocolate is more tasty in the desserts, i choose a tasty one espacial for cooking type

Prep time:10 Mins
Chill time: 3 hours
Total time: 3 h and 10 minutes
Ingredients:
120g Dark chocolate
40g unsalted butter
1/2 cup cream fresh
1/2 cup cacao powder
The way:
- Cut chocolate into a small pieces so it melt quickly.
- In a large bowl place chocolate and butter. In another ball place the cacao powder.
- bring the cream to a simmer.
- Pour hot cream over chocolate and butter, wait for 1 minute.
- Stir chocolate with cream until well melted, cover with plastic wrap.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Take a teaspoon of chocolate truffle batter, shap it in your hand palms to a small ball. (I wear a gloves for this step because the warm of my hand will melt the chocolate and it turned messy hands).
- Roll truffle in cacao powder.
- Place in a dish. Repeat.
- Chill the truffles for 1 hour.
- Enjoy!
