1Tbsp butter (optional)
Today is a beautiful sunny sunday and i wake up active early and decided to make a fancy breakfast, yes i deserve to pamper myself a little bit LOL!
So, i made a delicious pancake and i really enjoyed every single bite with a fresh strawberries & blackberries. And i’m so happy i did, because i felt happy and so satisfied all the day, and i said to myself Angie you should do that everyday.
Just take a look how these fluffy yummy pancakes looks delicious and call you to eat it, i just wonder what is your favourite pancakes is it with nutella or classic pancakes with syrup?
I like the old fashioned pancakes it is tasty and full of the classic flavours we used at since we were kids.
Old-Fashioned Pancakes
Prep time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Total time: 20 minutes
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
1 large egg
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extrat
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
Maple syrup or Honey
1Tbsp butter (optional)
1/2 cup mix of Strawberries and blackberries(optional)
The way:
Beat an egg In a small bowl, in another large bowl sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, then pour milk and egg.
Mix all together until well combined, set a side to rest for 15 minutes.
In a hot pan pour or scoop the batter into the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
With wide spatula, turn; cook 30 seconds or until golden.
Serve with maple syrup and fruits.
