Pistachio Cupcakes
– Preheat the oven at 180° C, prepare cupcakes tin by placing muffin liners.
– In a bowl mix the butter with the sugar until combined, add the eggs and vanilla and mix the ingredients until we get a creamy mixture.
– Sift the flour, pistachio powder and salt in a bowl.
– Add half amount of dry ingredients with half amount of milk to the mixture of butter, mix the ingredients until we get a smooth mixture, then add the remaining half of the dry ingredients and the remaining half of the milk.
– Mix the ingredients until we have a soft cake mixture.
– Fill three quarters of each muffin liners with the cake mixture.
– On top of the cupcakes add slices of pistachios(optional).
– Bake the cupcakes for 25 minutes at 180 °C.
– served cool with tea or coffee.
