Greek salad

Ingrédients:
2 medium tomatoes 
2 cups lettuce
1/2 cup greek cheese or feta cheese
1/2 cup black olives
1 small red onion
1 small cucumber 
1 yellow Pepper

For dressing:
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
1  1/2 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1 TBSP oregano
1/2 Teaspoon dried basil
2  TBSP olive oil
1 Garlic  clove (optional)
Salt to taste

Preparation:
 Cut the vegetables into diced and the onion in to a thin slices.
– Put them in a bowl and mix the vegetables with the olives .
– Prepare the dressing, mix the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and the olive oïl very well .
– In to the dressing add with stirring , the black Pepper, oregano ,dried basil and the garlic .
– In a serving dish put the salad ; dressing it with the sauce and finally splash the cheese in to the top of the salad.
