For the sauce:
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp Oregano
Quarter tsp garlic powder
a pinch of Black Pepper
½ teaspoon paprika

For Filling:
Mozzarella cheese
pimento
Green olives
Tomatoes

Preparation:
-At the mixer bowl place all the dough ingredients mentioned
exept water , added it gradually until you’ve an elastic smooth dough.
– Balled the dough and put in a greased bowl with olive oil, cover with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place until double in size for about 1 hour.
– Prepare the sauce add the 1 tablespoon of water to loosen up the sauce thickness mix it well with the spices. when the dough is ready,Sprinkled flour on the counter and dust the dough with flour.
– Extend the the dough then painte it with the sause .
-add mozzarella cheese then the pimento, green olives and tomatoes .
– Roll over the dough till the edge, glaze it with water to stick well.
-With a Dental floss cut the roller to a buns ,place the buns in a tray.
-With the remaining sauce ,paint the buns for more colors.
– Bake it in a hot oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
