Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients :
Amounts of dough:
3 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 Tbsp yeast
1 Tsp salt
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 cup warm milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp warm water
For Filling :
1 ½ Tbsp cocoa powder 
1 ½Tbsp cinnamon 
1/3 Cup soften butter  (70g)
3 Tablespoons nuts(optional)
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips

Topping  sauce:
3 Tablespoons cream cheese
1 Tbsp soften butter
3/4 Cup powder sugar 
¼ Cup warm milk

Preparation:

-At the mixer bowl place all the dough ingredients except water, added gradually until you’ve an elastic smooth dough.
-Balled the dough and put in a greased bowl with olive oilcover with plasticwrap and place it in a warm place until double in size for about one and a half hour.
-When the dough is ready, dust flour on the kitchen table and on the dough to prevent it to Stick.
– Extend the dough as a square, then spread the soften butter.
-Mix the cocoa powder, cinnamon and the sugar. Pour the mixture above the butter layer.
-Add the chocolate chips and nuts.
– Roll over the dough till the edge, glaze the edge with water to stick well with the roller dough.
– Cut the roller into 12 pieces and place it in a cupcake tin, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for another 40 mins.
– Bake in a preheated oven 180°C for 25 minutes.
– For preparing the glaze: mix the cream cheese with butter and sugar, add the milk gradually until you have a liquid sauce.
– When out of the oven, transfer the cinnamon rolls to a serving dish and decorate with a layer of Topping cheese sauce.
Serve it immediately.
