Mini Chocolate Cheesecake Trifle

Ingrédients:

Cheese Layer:
250g Cream cheese at room temperature
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup powder sugar

Cream layer:
1 cup cream
5 Tbsp powder sugar
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
10 oreo biscuits

Preparation:

  • – Remove the filling of the oreo biscuits , put the biscuits in a 
  • bag then crash it with a roller.
  • – In a bowl put the cheese ,the sugar and the cacao powder. Mix it well until you have a smooth chocolate cream cheese.

  • – In another bowl whisk the cream with adding the sugar gradually , then add the cacao powder ,whisk it all together till the cream coherent.

  • – Put the first layer of the grinded biscuit in a serving cups , the next layer of cream cheese ,chocolate topping and the chocolate cream. Repeat until you end with the cream cheese layer.

  • – Decorate it with cream and oreo grinded biscuit .

  • – Refrigerate it at least 4 Hours before serving.
