Cooking time : 1-1½ minute
Ingredients:
2 TBSP all purpos flour
2 TBSP sugar
3g butter
40g dark chocolate
Pinch of baking powder
1 egg
Preparation:
– In a mug put the chocolate and the butter and melt them in the microwave for 30-40 second.
– Add to the mixture the flour ,the sugar and the baking powder, mix all the ingrédients until all well combined.
– Finally, add the egg and mix it well until you have a smooth cake mixture .
– Put the mug in the microwave for one or one and a half minute .
– Decorate with cream or powder sugar.
