Ingredients:
1 whole chicken breast
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black Pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup corn flakes
2 Tbsp oats
1 cup all purpos flour
2 whole eggs
Preparation:
– Cut chicken breast in to a thin steak ,place it in a bowl add the yogurt,lemon juice,paprika,black Pepper and garlic powder mix all together until the yogurt covered the steak , cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set aside for 2 hours.
– Grind the corn flakes , oats and bread crumbs all together , put it in a flat dish.
– In a dish whisk the 2 eggs with black pepper and salt , put the flour in to another dish.
– First place the steak in to the flour cover it in both sides ,then dip it into the eggs mixture, finally place it in the corn flakes crumbs .
– Transfer the steaks in to a wire rack and let it rest for 30 minutes , to let the corn flakes crumbs steak good in to the steaks before fry it .
– In a hot oïl fried the steak for 4 minutes in each side , then transfer it to a kitchen towels to free of the extra oil.
– Serve it with fried potatoes and salad.
