Ingredients:
Biscuits Layer:
1 Cup chocolate biscuit
50 g butter, melted
Cheese Layer:
500 g cream cheese , room temperature
2 whole eggs
½ cup sugar
1 Teaspoon vanilla beans
2 Tbsp yogurt
Caramel sause:
½ cup brown sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp butter
Chocolate topping sauce
3 mini chocolate Snickers
Preparation:
– Preheat oven to 160° C.
– In a saucepan over medium heat put brown sugar until dissolved, then stir to make sure that all of granulated sugar has melted, add the butter and then the cream, keep stirring in the sugar will shrink, keep stirring until sugar dissolves in the cream and we’ve got a smooth caramel sauce, remove from heat and leave it to cool.
– At food processor or in a plastic bag placed biscuits mash it with a roller until you have a fine crumb. Stir the cookies crumbs and melted butter together in a medium sized bowl.
– In a cupcakes tin place a silicone mould or miniature liner ,Press 1 Tablespoon of biscuits mixture into the bottom of each liner.
– In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar,yogurt, eggs, vanilla,1 chopped mini snicker and 2 Tablespoon of carmel sauce until light and fluffy. Fill each miniature liner with this mixture, almost to the top.
– Bake for 25 minutes. Cool. Top with a teaspoonful of caramel sauce and a piece of mini snickers.
– Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.
