Homemade Caramel Sauce

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Quantity: 125 ml – half a cup

Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
Half a cup of liquid cream
1 tablespoon butter

The way:
– In a small saucepan on medium heat, put the sugar, leave until caramelized from the sides and then stir until we get liquid caramel.
– Add the butter on caramel and stir until melted.
– Pour the hot cream on the caramel gradually with continuous stirring and lift off the fire and pour in a bowl .
– Decorate with your desserts.
