Preparation:
– In the mixer bowl pour the cream and place the whisk attachment, switch to average speed for 10-15 minutes until the cohesion with attention to not too much whisk otherwise it
turns into lumps.
– Cut the chocolate into small pieces.
– Melt the chocolate in microwave for a minute into two phases (30 seconds and then remove it from the microwave and stir it to distribute the heat, and return it anothere 30 seconds) until you have a smooth chocolate mixture, set a side to cool at room temperature .
– Add the cream to the chocolate into 3 phases, one third of the cream to the chocolate and mix until all well combine, then repeat with the next two thirds until you have a smooth chocolate cream mixture.
– Place it in a decorating bag, then pour it into serving cups.
– Chill for 2 hours.
