Today i present you my favorite recipe ever perfect for any time and the chocolate buttercream melts in mouth.
My recipe is so easy and delicious and no need for mixer to make it, i made it by hands and it comes wonderful,
so let’s get started.
Prep time: 20 mins
Baking time: 25 mins
Ingredients:
100g butter ( room temperature)
3/4 cup sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp baking powder
For buttercream frosting:
170g butter(room temperature)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp milk(add more as it needs)
1 tsp vanilla extract(optional)
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven at 180°C and prepare the cupcake mold by placing the cupcakes silcon molds.
- In a bowl place the butter with the sugar mix all together then add the eggs one at a time with the vanilla extract mix until smooth.
- Sift the dry ingredients then add the dry ingredients into two phases with the milk into the butter egg mixture.
- Mix all together until you have a smooth cake mixture.
- Pour the cake mixture into the cup cakes molds.
- Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
- In a bowl place the butter and add the powdered sugar into 2 phases add the vanilla and milk gradually and the chocolate powder mix well until you have a smooth chocolate buttercream frosting.
- In a decoration bag set the star tip, place the buttercream in the bag then decorate the cold cupcakes with the buttercream.
- Serve it immediatly.
