Nothing tasty than a chocolate dessert!
I made these easy classic dark chocolate truffles with a simple ingredients.
They were so wonderful and yummy.
Prep time: 10 Mins
Refrigerate time: 3 hours
Ingredients:
120g Dark chocolate
40g unsalted butter
1/2 cup cream fresh
1/2 cup cacao powder
The way:
– In a large bowl place chocolate and butter, bring the cream to a simmer.
– Pour cream over chocolate, wait for 1 minute.
– Stir chocolate until melted, cover with plastic wrap.
– Chill for 2 hours.
– Take a teaspoon of chocolate, shap it to a small ball.
– Roll in cacao powder.
– Chill the truffles for 1 hour.
– Serve it & enjoy!
