All these helps in a decrease in hypertension and sky-high cholesterol levels. For me i love it, not because only the good benefits but also because the delicious taste of it. So let’s make some fresh bites from this wonderful plant.
– Grate the cauliflower with grater, place in grand bowl. Add onion, parsley and flour, give a quick mix.
– In another bowl beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
– Pour eggs into the cauliflower, mix all together until all well combined.
– Take a large spoon from the mixture, fry in a hot oil each side until golden color.
– Serve with french fries and salad.
