Vegan Mango Pudding

I went to the next door supermarket and there were a super reduction on Mango, yes my favorite fruit, so i bought 10 mango pieces for only 5 Euros, can you imagine!!
So i decided to make an easy and tasty Vegan Mango Pudding as a dessert. It is what everybody looking for nowadays easy dessert to make with only 4 ingredients dessert is worth to give it a try, since mango is my favourit fruit i try to enjoy it in my recipes the most this summer.



I got inspired from the recipe of Mango rose lassi, but i just try it in my own way. You can make it with almond milk instead of water but i just want to make the simplest and easiest fresh recipe. To decorate it i just make mango slices and shape it as a rose it is so easy to make, i attached a full video recipe tutorial of how to make also the rose .



Vegan Mango Pudding

Prep time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 7 mins
Servings: 4

Ingredients:

2 cups mango
3 tbsp sugar ( more or less depend on the sweetness of the mango)
3 tbsp corn starch
2 cups water
1 tsp rose water

For decoration:
1 mango cutting into slices

The way:

In blender, blend mango, sugar and water. Pour the mango liquid into a saucepan, add corn starch stir together.
place the saucepan in a medium heat, keep stirring, add rose water and bring it to boil.
Remove from heat and pour in a serving cups. Cool at room temperature for 10 minutes before refrigerating it.
Chill at least 2 hours.
To make the rose peel off mango, cut into slices and shape as a rose.
Top the rose on the pudding.
Enjoy!
