Well this autumn season we have a little bit cold so i decide to enjoy myself with a cup of hot chocolate. I made a hot chocolate sometimes with adding a stick of cinnamon or with a pinch of instant coffee, with adding these ingredients it just reinforce the taste of chocolate by adding a magical chocolate taste. My hot chocolate way is perfect for kids and all family members you can decorate with a whipped cream or with mini marshmallow, but i prefer to decorate with a unsweetened cocoa powder.

Ingredients:
60g Dark chocolate
2 cups milk
2 Tablespoon sugar
1 stick cinnamon (optional)
For decoration:
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder.
The way:
– In a saucepan place chocolate, melt on a medium heat. Add milk gradually and keep stir until the chocolate incorporate with milk.
– Bring hot chocolate to a simmer.
– In a serving cups pour the hot chocolate.
– Decorate with dusting unsweetened cocoa powder.
