5 Fresh & Healthy Smoothies (Video)

A refreshing smoothie is all you need for a healthy quick summer breakfast or after a working day, last days of sunny good weather here in Belgium made me think of fresh smoothie to enjoy my moments. 
I had all the fresh fruits by hand to enjoy with my family a quick weekend morning healthy smoothies, so i made 5 delicious different flavors smoothies recipes.

strawberry banana smoothie
Prep time: 10 minutes
serve: 2
Ingredients:

1 cup frozen strawberries
2 Cold small bananas
3/4 Cup cold milk
Sugar or honey (optional)
The way:

– In a blender add all the ingredients, blend all together until well combine.
– In a serving cup pour the smoothie.
– Serve immediately.
Green apple lime smoothie
Prep time: 1 min
Yield: 1 persons
Ingredients:
1 green lemon 
1 small green apple
12-15 ment leaves
1 cup cold water
sugar or honey
The way:
 Peel of the green lemon and be sure to remove the white outside peel and remove the seeds if there any.
 In blender place apple, ment, lemon, water and sugar. Blend for about 1 minute or until well blended.
 Pour the smoothie in a serving cups. Add ice cube.
Watermelon strawberries smoothie
Prep time: 1 min
Yield: 2 persons
Ingredients:
1/2 cup strawberry
2 cups watermelon
1 tbsp lemon juice(optional)
You can add honey or sugar
depends on the sweetness of the fruits
The way:
Place all ingredients in blender, blend until you have a smooth and perfect smoothie.
Pour in a serving cups.
Piña colada smoothie
Prep time: 5 mins
Serve: 2
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen coconut milk
230g (1 cup) frozen pineapple
1/4 cup pineapple juice
The way:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour the smoothie into serving cups.
Nectarine-Yogurt Smoothie
Prep time: 3 mins
Yield: 2 persons
Ingredients:
5 Nectarine
4 tbsp yogurt
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar or honey
The way:
 Peel of the nectarine and remove the seeds.
 In blender place nectarine, yogurt, milk and sugar. Blend for about 1 minute or until well blended.
 Pour the smoothie in a serving cups. Add ice cube.
