Fluffy Panckaes
Prep time: 5 minutes
Baking time: 20 minutes
Yield: 10 peices
Ingredients:
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp vanilla
1 and 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 and 1/2 baking powder (15g)
1 and 1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp melted Butter
The way:
– With a fork beat the egg, add sugar and vanilla beat until sugar dissolve.
– Add egg to the milk and give it a quick mix.
– In a large bowl place the flour and baking powder, add milk,egg mixture and melted butter.
– With a hand whisk, whisk all together until all well combined and you have got a smooth pancakes batter.
– Take about 1/4 cup of pancakes batter and bake it in a hot pan on mediume heat for 30 seconds then flip it to the other side until golden bottom.
– Repeat.
– Serve it with butter, fruits and maple syrup.
