No-Bake Chocolate Cake
Prep time: 10 minutes
Chill time: 3 to 6 hours
Yield: 8 peices
Ingredients:
4 cups milk
6 Tablespoon corn starch
6 tablespoon cacao powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 and half packet of crackers

The way:
– In a large saucepan, place milk, cornstarch, cacao powder and sugar. Whisk to dissolve, then place saucepan on a medium heat and keep stirring.
– Bring it to simmer until boiled and thicken. Remove from heat.
– In a dish ( I’m using a 10 x 8 inch pyrex dish for my recipe) lined a biscuits ( crackers) layer, cover with chocolate mixture. Repeat for 2 more layer until ending with a chocolate layer. Cool at room temperature, cover and chill for at least 3 hours.
