Homemade Mayonnaise

Yield: 1 cup Mayonnais
Ingredients:
1 Egg yolk
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
150 ml (1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon) vegetable oil
The way:
– Separate egg yolk from egg white.
– In a large bow place the egg yolk, pinch of salt , mustard And lemon juice. Whisk all together with hand whisk.
– Add vegetable oil gradually as a line, while keeping whisking the ingredients until you have a smooth thicken mayonnais.
– Place it in a serving bowl. Or place it in a jar and keep it in a cold place.
