Easy 10 Minutes Date Cookies

10 Minutes Eggless Tea cookies with only 4 ingredients
Ingredients
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup melted butter or vegetable oil
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- ¼ cup powder milk
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder optional add it for chocolate cookies
- for decoration optional
- 2 tablespoon melted dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoon melted white chocolate
- for filling optional:
- Nutella and strawberry jam
- date paste
Instructions
- In a large bowl whisk melted butter with sugar, give your mixture a quick mix until sugar dissolves. Add all purpose flour and milk powder.
- Combine all together until you have a soft cookies dough, (knead the dough if it turn too mushy add more flour, and if it crumble add 1 tablespoon of butter until you have the smooth dough as shown the video below)shape your dough as a large ball.
- Cut the dough into two halves, place a half into a bowl. To the remain half add cacao powder, knead with hands until you have a chocolate cookies dough.
- Take a large ball and flatten with a roller, cut with cookies cutter as heart shape or as a desired.
- Shape cookies as small balls, place them simply in your baking sheet.
- With small spoon or with finger press to make a cavity at the middle of the balls, fill with strawberry jam.
- Repeat the same with chocolate cookies.
- Bake at preheated oven 170°C / 380F for 7 to10 minutes.
- Let cookies cool before transfer it.
- Decorate the top of cookies with melted chocolate and melted white chocolate.
- Fill the chocolate cookies with nutella and jam.
