This lovely and easy no bake Chocolate Biscuit Pudding; is one of those timeless desserts, that brings back the sweetest memories.

Made with just five simple ingredients, it’s incredibly quick to prepare and doesn’t require an oven. Perfect for busy days or when you want to make something delicious without much effort. Best of all, it’s a kid-friendly dessert that children absolutely adore.

I still remember the first time I tasted it as a child. My mom used to make this pudding cake for us on special occasions and sometimes as a surprise treat after school. It was always a favorite in our home, and I clearly recall asking her to make it as my birthday cake one year. That’s how special it was to me. There was something magical about the creamy layers of Chocolate and soft, soaked biscuits coming together in every bite.

Now that I’m a parent myself, it’s such a joy to pass on this recipe to my own children. Just like I did, they love it—and they often ask for seconds! It’s a beautiful way to keep family traditions alive while sharing a dessert that’s comforting, nostalgic, and genuinely delicious.

How to make no bake chocolate biscuit pudding?

This cake is made by layering tea biscuits or plain crackers with a rich, homemade chocolate pudding. As the layers chill, the biscuits absorb the pudding and soften, giving the dessert a wonderful, cake-like texture. You might hear it called a biscuit cake, pudding cake, or even a chocolate fridge cake, but I love calling it Chocolate Biscuit Cake, because that’s exactly what it is.

Feel free to use your favorite brand of plain crackers, but I recommend avoiding overly sweet cookies like Oreos, as they can overpower the balanced flavor of the pudding. The key is to use a mild, lightly sweetened biscuit that complements the creamy chocolate layers.
