No Bake Chocolate Biscuit Pudding
This lovely and easy no bake Chocolate Biscuit Pudding; is one of those timeless desserts, that brings back the sweetest memories.

- 4 Cups milk
- 6 Tbsp corn starch
- 6 Tbsp cacao powder
- ½ Cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ packet crackers
In a large saucepan, place milk, cornstarch, cacao powder and sugar. Whisk to dissolve, then place saucepan on a medium heat and keep stirring.
Bring it to simmer until boiled and thicken. Remove from heat.
In a dish ( I’m using a 10 x 8 inch pyrex dish for my recipe) lined a biscuits ( crackers) layer, cover with chocolate mixture.
Repeat for 2 more layers until ending with a thick chocolate last layer.
Cool at room temperature, cover and chill for at least 3 hours.
Decorate with pearl candy or as a desired.
