Making a tiramisu cake in a blender feels like magic. I love how quick, simple, and delicious this recipe turns out every time. As a working mom, I don’t always have hours to spend in the kitchen, but I still want to treat my family to something sweet and special. This cake saves me time and keeps everyone happy. In just 5 minutes, I can whip up the batter and get it into the oven.

The process could not feel easier. I blend all the liquid ingredients until smooth and creamy. Then I pour the mixture over the dry ingredients in a large bowl. With a simple hand whisk, I mix everything together until the batter looks perfectly silky. That’s it—no fancy equipment and no complicated steps. In only a few minutes, the cake is ready to bake, and the aroma of vanilla and coffee starts filling the kitchen.

The flavor brings a balance of sweetness and richness. Vanilla gives the cake a soft, comforting note, while the coffee adds depth and boldness. If you love the strong taste of coffee in desserts, soak the cake with a generous amount of brewed coffee after baking. The sponge absorbs the liquid beautifully and creates a more authentic tiramisu feel. Since my kids don’t enjoy the strong taste of coffee, I use only a light drizzle, which still keeps the flavor delicious without overwhelming them. When I make it for adults, I go heavy on the coffee, and it tastes heavenly.

This blender tiramisu cake works perfectly for busy mornings, family gatherings, or last-minute desserts. It saves time, tastes incredible, and requires almost no effort. Once you try it, you’ll want to keep this recipe in your regular rotation.

What kind of cream cheese to use?

The basic tiramisu recipe is made with mascarpone cheese and i used it for my tiramisu cake recipe, it taste so much alike to normal cream cheese. So, i think other cream cheese will be fine to use for the tiramisu recipe.
