Ingredients
- 500 grams Mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar 110g
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- Lady fingers 24 cookies
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla until the sugar dissolves, then add the heavy cream and mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- In another medium bowl, melt the instant coffee in the hot water.
- Prepare a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap and use it to roll the cake.
- Dip both sides of the lady finger cookies into the coffee, then line up the cookies on the plastic wrap.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over cookies. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll the cake up, then firmly close the plastic wrap on both sides.
