Easy Tiramisu Cake Roll

A light and fluffy no bake cake rolled with creamy mascarpone filling, flavored with coffee and cocoa. This Easy Tiramisu Cake Roll is perfect for a quick, elegant dessert that’s both indulgent and simple to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar 110g
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • Lady fingers 24 cookies
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla until the sugar dissolves, then add the heavy cream and mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • In another medium bowl, melt the instant coffee in the hot water.
  • Prepare a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap and use it to roll the cake.
  • Dip both sides of the lady finger cookies into the coffee, then line up the cookies on the plastic wrap.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over cookies. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top of the cream cheese.
  • Roll the cake up, then firmly close the plastic wrap on both sides.
  • Allow it to chill for 3 hours before decorating. Remove the plastic wrap and decorate the cake roll with the remaining cream cheese mixture, sprinkle cocoa powder, and top with chocolate chips and chocolate stars.
  • Chill for another 3 hours then serve.
