Triple Layer Smoothie


For all smoothies lovers make your day with a luxury drink recipe. It’s not just look great, also it is filling and packed with vitamins and nutrients that provide so many health benefits. I know some of you will say it looks difficult! but any smoothie is all about assembling the ingredients in blender and make your own puree.

 Smoothies are tasty, tangy, healthy and glamorous. You can use this recipe to make your own smoothies in three ways, each layer contain just 2 ingredients, i made a kiiwi banana layer, a creamy mango vanilla ice cream layer and strawberry yogurt layer.

 Ingredients:

3 peeled kiwi 
1 banana
2 mango chunks
3 balls ice cream vanilla
4 tbsp yogurt
1 cup strawberry 

sugar, to taste

 The way:
– In blender add banana and kiwi blend together until smooth and puree.
– Fill one third of the cups with  kiwi smoothies.
– Blend mango with  ice cream, add a tablespoon of water if the mixture thickened or as it needs, then pour above kiwi layer.
– Blend strawberry with yougert , you can make it with frozen strawberry.
– Pour the last strawberry layer on to the two layers.
– Serve it cool .
