Chicken Thighs Casserole

Ingredients:
6 Chicken thighs
3 Potatoes
1 Medium onion
1 sweet pepper
3 clove of garlic (optional)
for sauce:
3 tbsp of tomato paste
1 cup hot water
For season:
1 Tsp mix spices, I made mix of:
Cinnamon- Black pepper- cumin – paprika
Salt to taste
The way:
– Wash the chicken thighs with water and lemon juice.
– Season with salt and the mix spices.
– Cut the potatoes into large cubes. The onion, garlic, and sweet pepper into slices.
– In a cassarole place the vegetables, then the Chicken thighs.
– In a hot cup of water mix the tomato paste with salt to taste.
– Pour above the vegetables.
– Cover with aluminum foil.
– Place in preheated oven 400° F for 1 hour, remove the aluminum foil and take some sauce and humidthe surface of the chicken.
– Grill for another 30 minutes until crispness.
– Serve with rice.
