New York Cheesecake

Ingredients for 18 cm pan :
For crust:
12 Crackers
50g Melted Butter
For cheesecake:
500g Cream cheese(at room temperature)
75g Sugar
200 ml Cream
2 Tbsp all purpose Flour
3 Eggs
1 Tsp vanilla extract
For a water bath:
3 Cups hot water
For decoration:
Cherry Topping (optional)
Preparation:
– Preheat oven 160°C.
– Smash the cracker, then Place the crumbs in a bowl, add the melted butter mix tohether. Press onto bottom of springform pan.
– In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Blend in whipped cream, and then add flour mix in the eggs one at a time with vanilla extract, mixing just enough to incorporate.
– Pour filling into prepared crust.
– Place aluminum foil around the cheesecake pan, place into another tray pour the hot water in the large tray outside the cheesecake pan.
-Bake in preheated oven at 160°C for about 55 mins or untill stable.
– Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake inside for 30 mins, then take it outside the oven and let it cool at room temperature .
– Chill over night or at least 4 hours.
– Decorate with cherry topping or strawberries.
– Serve it cold.
