Mini pizzas served on a wooden board, topped with melted cheese and fresh black olive slices

If you love homemade pizza but want something quick, fun, and bite-sized, these Easy Mini Pizza will become your new favorite snack. You can make them from scratch with simple ingredients, and the soft, fluffy dough turns every bite into pure comfort. These soft pizza bites work perfectly for parties, family gatherings, or school lunchboxes.

Start by preparing your dough. Combine warm milk, yeast, a little sugar, and flour. Knead the dough until it feels smooth and elastic. Let it rise until it doubles in size. When the dough feels airy and soft, punch it down to release the extra air. Divide it in half, then roll one portion into a ¼-inch thick sheet. Use a round cutter to shape mini pizza bases and place them on a parchment-lined tray.

Spread a thin layer of your favorite pizza sauce on each circle. Add mozzarella cheese and your preferred toppings — think diced bell peppers, olives, corn, or pepperoni. Be creative and mix flavors to suit your taste. The beauty of mini pizzas lies in how easily you can customize them for everyone.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the mini pizzas for 10–12 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges turn golden brown. The aroma will fill your kitchen, making it impossible to wait.

Serve these warm pizza bites fresh out of the oven. They taste best when the crust stays soft inside but slightly crisp outside. Pair them with ketchup, garlic dip, or a creamy cheese sauce.

You can store leftover dough in the refrigerator for up to two days and bake fresh batches anytime. These easy mini pizzas bring joy to both kids and adults, making them a quick go-to recipe for busy evenings or movie nights.

Try this Easy Mini Pizza once, and you’ll keep making it again and again, because nothing beats soft, homemade mini pizza bites baked to perfection!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ tablespoon salt or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¾ cup warm water

For topping

  • 6 tbsp Pizza sauce
  • 100 g mozzarella cheese
  • black olive sliced

Instructions

  • In a mesuring cup, combine 1 tablespoon of yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and ¾ cup of warm water. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of flour and ½ tablespoon of salt. Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and the activated yeast mixture.
  • Mix all ingredients until they form a soft dough. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a clean kitchen towel. Let it rest in a warm place for 60–90 minutes, or until it doubles in size.
  • Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) while the dough is proofing.
  • Gently punch down the dough to release any excess air. Divide it in half, then roll out one portion on a lightly floured surface to about ¼ inch (6 mm) thickness. Using a round cutter, cut out mini pizza bases. Carefully transfer the circles onto a parchment-lined baking tray, spacing them slightly apart.
  • Add your favorite pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings to each mini pizza. Keep toppings light to ensure even baking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese melts.
  • Let the mini pizzas cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm as a snack or party treat.
