Chocoflan ” impossible cake”

I made this wonderful dessert for yesterday dinner and of course i share it with you, i search for the orgin of Chocoflan and i found it is a Mexican dessert which combines flan and chocolate cake, smothered in caramel. It is also sometimes called pastel impossible, or “impossible cake.”
Here you are an easy way to make this cake..
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Baking time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
For Caramel sauce:
3/4 cup sugar
Cream Caramel:
3 large eggs or 4 small eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup hot milk
For Cake:
3 large eggs or 4 small eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
3 tablespoons unsweetened Cocoa powder
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Pinch of salt

-Preheat the oven at 180°C .
– In a suacepan place the sugar on a medium heat until caramelized.
– Pour the caramel sauce in the cake mold, set a side.
– Preparing the flan, in a bowl place the eggs, sugar and vanilla
extract. whisk until the sugar dissolve
keep whisk while you pour the hot milk gradually on the eggs mixture.
– Filter the mixture then remove the foam.
– Seften the cake dry ingredients in a bowl, in another bowl whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract until the mixture white in color then add the milk and oil, give it a quick whisk then add the dry ingredients into two phases until you have a soft cake mixture.
– In the cake mold pour first the flan mixture then second the cake mixture.
– Place the cake mold into a tray full of 2 cups hot water.
– Bake the cake at 180°C for 45 min.
– Let it cool at room temperature then chill in the fridge at least 3 hours.
