Strawberries and cream the most easiest 3 ingredients dessert ever, perfect fresh for summer. The temperature today 34 degrees in Belgium and my kids needed a dessert so i made their favourite strawberries and cream, the beautiful dessert all they need ashealthy and sweet appetizer.
You can serve it as a dessert or even as an appetizer in your party days, but be careful the whipped cream needs a cool environment otherwise it will melt, so place it in a cold place or at refrigerator until the time of serving.
Ingredients :
1-2 cup fresh strawberries fruit
1 cup (200 ml) of whipped cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
The Way:
– Whisk the cold cream at medium speed add vanilla extract and add gradually sugar until coherent.
– Remove stems if desired, stand strawberries up on stem end. Cut the strawberries with a knife as a cross.
– Place whipped cream in a piping bag use any tip i used star tip, fill the strawberries with cream and drizzle with chocolate topping or melted chocolate, serve immediatly.
