3 Ingredients Chocolate Ice cream
Homemade ice cream is my favourite, and this 3 ingredients Chocolate Ice cream without machine, is the best way to make it for these summer days. I’m an ice cream fan, and homemade ice cream for me is a great idea, especially when have all the ingredients in hands.
As you see this recipe is quite easy and you can prepare it in just 5 minutes. You’ll need only 3 simple ingredients, heavy cream, cacao powder and sweet condensed milk.
I preferred to use unsweet cacao powder to make this recipe, because we already have the sugar in the sweet condensed milk , but you can add sweet cacao but i think it will be more sweeten from the usual. If you would like add more chocolate flavours to your ice cream, such as chocolate chips or instant coffee. I’m pretty sure you’ll love it simply as it is without any additions. Enjoy!

How to make 3 ingredients Chocolate Ice cream?
- In a medium bowl, whisk the heavy cream with adding cocoa powder gradually.
- Whisk until you’ll have a smooth thicken liquid chocolate cream.
- Add sweet condensed milk, whisk until all well combined.
- Pour the Chocolate ice cream batter in a 1 Liter food container.
- Cover and freeze overnight or at least 7 hours until well freezing.
- Scoop with an ice cream spoon.
- Serve immediately.
Tips for a successful homemade ice cream
- Cool down the cream before whisk it so it thicken quickly.
- Sift the cacao powder to assure there is no any lumps
- Gradually add cocoa so it can blended easily.
- Take out the ice cream, let it set 5 minutes at room temperature before serving.
- Serve immediately, it’s summer 🙂

- 500 ml Heavy cream
- 3 Tablespoons Cacao powder
- 100 ml sweet condensed milk
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk the heavy cream with adding cocoa powder gradually.
- Whisk until you'll have a smooth thicken liquid chocolate cream.
- Add sweet condensed milk, whisk until all well combined.
- Pour the Chocolate ice cream batter in a 1 Liter food container.
- Cover and freeze overnight or at least 7 hours until well freezing.
- Take out the ice cream, let it set 5 minutes at room temperature before serving.
- Scoop with an ice cream spoon.
- Decorate as you like.
- Serve immediately.
