Ingredients :
Amounts of dough:
3 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 Tbsp yeast
1 Tsp salt
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3/4 cup warm milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp warm water
For Filling :
1 ½Tbsp cinnamon
1/3 Cup soften butter (70 grams)
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips(optional)
Topping sauce:
3 Tablespoons cream cheese
1 Tbsp soften butter
3/4 Cup powder sugar
¼ Cup warm milk
Preparation:
-At the mixer bowl put all the dough ingredients except water , added it gradually until you’ve an elastic smooth dough.
-Balled the dough and put in a greased bowl with olive oil, cover with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place until double in size for about 1 and a half hour.
-When the dough is ready, dust flour on the counter and on the dough to prevent it to Stick.
– Extend the the dough as a Square , then spread the soften butter .
-Mix the cinnamon and the sugar then dust them above the butter .
-Add the chocolate chips .
-Roll over the dough till the edge, glaze it with water to stick well.
– Cut it to 12 pièces and put it in 13 x 9 inch tray , cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for another 40 mins .
– After 40 mins bake it in a hot oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
– Prepare the topping mix the cream cheese with butter and sugar add the milk gradually until you have a liquid sauce.
– When out of the oven, transfer the cinnamon rolls to a serving dish and cover it with a layer of Topping cheese sauce .
