Molten Chocolate Lava Cake

Quantity: Two persons

Ingredients:
1 Cup dark Chocolate (180 grams)
70 g unsalted butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of Salt 
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tsp expresso coffee
2 tablespoons flour

For paint the molds:
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Preparation:

– Paint the ceramic molds with butter, then sprinkle with powdered cocoa and remove the excess by flipping the molds upside down.
– Cut the chocolate into small pieces to melt easily

–  Melt the chocolate with butter in microwave for 1 min.
– To melt the ingredients you must place it in the microwave in 
two phases to avoid the burning of chocolate.
– Stir the mixture until you have a smooth chocolate mixture, 
set it a side .
– In another bowl, put the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. stir until the sugar dissolves and the egg mixture becomes a little light, then add the flour and coffee give it  a quick mix .

– Add the melted chocolate mixture to the eggs mixture in two phases with continuous stirring until the mixture is completely mixed.


– Pour the cake mixture into the molds
– Bake the molds in a preheated oven at  200 ° C for 15 minutes.

– Serve it warm with vanilla ice cream.
